Attorney Goodwin is a founding partner of Goodwin Sichau P.C., and as a former police officer, has over 10 years of law enforcement experience and has served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He was admitted to the bar in 2005 and focuses on criminal law including drug crimes, OUI/DWI, felonies, assaults, domestic violence, weapons charges, sex crimes, and theft crimes. He also focuses on real estate conveyances and on cases involving civil litigation including wrongful death, personal injury, employment issues and immigration matters.

Attorney Sichau is a partner of Goodwin Sichau P.C. and was admitted to the bar in 2006. With 10 years experience working as an engineer and product manager in the Telecommunications and Manufacturing industries, his business background is an essential element in assisting clients with the formation of new corporate entities and new company concepts. In addition to issues relating to new businesses, Attorney Sichau also focuses on cases involving OUI/DWI, drug crimes, assault and battery, larceny, personal injury, wrongful death, divorce, and child support issues.

Maria A. La Vita
Maria A. La Vita is currently working in an of counsel capacity for Goodwin Sichau P.C. She has over thirteen years law enforcement experience, eight of which were spent as a detective investigating serious crimes including murders, sexual assaults, armed robberies and kidnappings. As a law school student, she received over eight scholastic awards and graduated Magna Cum Laude from New England School of Law in 2007. She is currently focusing on real estate conveyances, estate planning and insurance law.
